It is our pleasure to invite you for the annual CME of the International Academy of Pathology-Indian Division (IAP-ID) being organized by the Department of Pathology, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh India on 18th-19th September 2021. The IAP-ID XXIII Annual CME 2021 - “Nuances and Pitfalls in Interpretation of Neoplastic GI Biopsies and Beyond” shall be conducted on the virtual platform.
Endoscopic gastro-intestinal biopsies pose a diagnostic challenge for both young and experienced pathology. We are fortunate to have an excellent faculty of experienced and reputed International and National experts at the CME to discuss the nuances and pitfalls of neoplasia in the GI tract. The course content is not limited to neoplastic biopsy pathology and will also include discussion of infectious disorders of the GI tract and approach to diagnosis of neoplasia in GI and liver resections
We promise a comprehensive learning experience with didactic lectures, slide seminars, live microscopy, case-based studies and interactive discussions. We invite our young pathology to throw challenges through our novel “Rapid fire Round” which has also being conceptualized to ensure some excitement with 5 min interesting cases poll questions and audience awards.

The XIII International Academy of Pathology – Indian Division (IAP-ID) Annual CME 2021 is being held on 18th & 19th September 2021 in virtual format due to the ongoing COVID pandemic and is being organized by the Department of Pathology, Dr. Ram Manohar Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. Dr. Nuzhat Husain (Organizing Chairperson), Dr. Saumya Shukla (Organizing Secretary) and team have worked very hard to ensure the success of this meeting and our thanks are due to them.
